The Spanish national team defeated the England national team in the Euro 2024 final, Monday (15/7/2024). The Spain vs England match at the Olympiastadion Berlin ended with a score of 2-1.
Spain took the lead through Nico Williams in the 47th minute, then England replied through Cole Palmer in the 73rd minute. Spain confirmed themselves as champions thanks to Mikel Oyarzabal's winning goal in the 86th minute.
Spain went through its journey at Euro 2024 perfectly. In seven matches, from the group stage to the final, Luis de la Fuente's troops always won.
In those seven matches, Spain also scored a total of 15 goals.

Dani Olmo finished as the top scorer at Euro 2024 with three goals, but he was not alone. The Spaniard was level with five other players, namely Harry Kane (England), Georges Mikautadze (Georgia), Jamal Musiala (Germany), Cody Gakpo (Netherlands), and Ivan Schranz (Slovakia).
Spain not only set the record for the most goals in a single edition of the Euros, but now also holds the record for the country with the most Euro titles, with four (1964, 2008, 2012, 2024).
